Without realising, the end of the year is near. Hey, that rhymes! Besides studying, playing wife, waitressing has been much on the agenda and I’ve been tired and busy. Work’s almost everyday now. At 1.16am now, I really should be in bed, yet I feel the need to post a quick and worthy update.
Christmas is near and Josiah and I received a cute little surprise from the sisters. We love Mr and Mrs Snowman, thanks darlz!
After a quick meeting at Brunetti’s in the city during my work break (I have the trams to thank!), I resumed work till 11pm. Two smiley girly faces with all teeth + braces really perked me up with their uplifting personalities where we talked and updated each other about things that are slightly beyond what we see on each others’ blogs. These two girls reminded me of my sister and I, where my sister Jean and I used to go everywhere together and shared endless stories. Differences in space and time seem to have drift us apart in this changing times.
Both aged respective 19 and 18 year old, one can see that they’re grounded matured KL girls, kudos to their parents, quite rare these days. Much into cooking, music and blogging, these are healthy activities teens should be into these days. I just complimented Michelle (left) that her blog reflects the thoughts of a real grown up lady’s. I admire that. I admire such interest and passion in life. The girls were bursting with energy.
Sandwiched between Michelle and Penelope while in my waitressing work clothes.
Such cute and sweet girls.
At this early hour, I’m thinking what my family’s up to these days.
Time to squeeze in another girly-date with Ray tomorrow during work break and a proper date with the hubby before an Aussie cyclist’s wedding this weekend. Many friends are also coming to Melbourne. Will squeeze in time for all. An ex-teacher, Dunkie, Mizzy, Xes, etc.
