Some great news, I’m on to my Intermediate 1 of my pole dance!!! My body’s getting fitter, demanding for more food, and gaining more muscles and strength too.
Then, one day after class, I imparted some knowledge to my husband and asked him to help me with the upside down flip. Unfortunately, I could not do it properly and had him demonstrate it for me!???
I’m speechless. I’m confused if the pole is actually for me. He’s so talented.

Well, i think ur husband no need those cert to advance into intermediate…. scary….
haha.. Josiah look so cute
HAHA!
That is just cute!
haha wow. i didnt know men can poledance
he definitely is good… now he would have the same hobby as you ^__^
omg,u have a rival in pole now hehehee, its ur husband.lovely
This is by far the cutest post you have… it literally makes one scream ‘awwwwwwwwww’…
hahaha…Kim, I think your husband has the necessary strength to hold on to the pole…
Jojo is very strong…..Muscles..lots of it!
WOW look at Josiah..so fit..you can do it Kim.
He has very strong legs thus that explains how he can easily do it.
Now you have a partner to practise it with ;p
Haha, that’s a classic photo!
I’d say he has a lot of strength in his core, that’s why he can do that without having taken any classes.
haha Kim, i like ur last sentence. anyway, good job with ur pole dancing. jia you!
Lol…but guys generally do pole dance better…they can always go upside down on their first or 2nd try…probably cause of their upper body strength? Btw, where do u take pole classes from in M’sia? Cause I do pole dance too – but in Auckland…lol…its such an awesome sport!!!
He’s got super strong legs & core – that’s for sure!
next level please!
Well done on your poledancing completion!
