I forgot what it felt like to be in high school, having my boy send me a really cute card with a nice message on it which usually comes in actual paper form and I would not have thought of receiving something really unusual and unique like this. It was a brass ornament with silver diamante heart shapes stuck on one side and the other, a long message in red displayed. It was durable because of the brass texture coated with white paint.
One thing I also did not expect was getting something like this even after being married. They said after marriage, it’s all less flowery and men in general would make less effort in buying gifts (although they are able to buy bigger gifts like house, car, etc.). Ahem, I shall revisit this blog entry again once in every few years. But, this was one of the gifts and it was a clear message, reminder of our wedding and a message of how he’d like to continue our days together. I melted right on the spot after receiving this from the post office (shipped from Japan), at the cafe.

Absolutely, absolutely stoked receiving this. So sweet of myjojo. He is so cute, creative and artistic!
